Apple Crisp

Ingredients
Inside
4 apples peeled and sliced in ¼ inch pieces
Honey crisp apples work best
1 tablespoon coconut oil
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
Crisp topping
½ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup old fashioned oats
⅓ cup sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Grease an 8inch x 8 inch baking dish
Peel and cut apples into ¼ inch slices
Melt coconut oil and toss with apples, cinnamon, and ginger the set aside
Mix together crisp topping ingredients
Pour apple mixture into baking dish and layer topping evenly on top
Cover baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes
Remove aluminum foil cover and bake for another 10-20 minutes until apples are fork tender and topping in golden brown
