Baked Fish
Servings: 2-4
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
2 fish filets (preferably wild caught)
salmon, tilapia, halibut, cod, snapper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 lemon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F
Lightly grease a baking sheet with olive or avocado oil
Pat fish dry with paper towels and arrange on baking sheet
Season with salt and pepper
In a bowl stir together the olive oil, garlic, Italian seasoning, and juice of ½ the lemon and rub on fish evenly
Thinly slice the remaining ½ lemon and place on top of each filet
Bake for 12-15 min until fish is flaky when pulled apart with a fork
