And if that isn’t enough, sleep accelerates recovery, stimulates muscle repair, and helps restore your energy levels.

2. Drink enough water

Dehydration can be confused with the feeling of hunger, causing you to eat instead of drink. When your brain uses food instead of water for energy, it stores much of it as body fat. Proper hydration also helps regulate sleep, metabolism, energy levels, hormones, and so so much more.

3. Believe you can actually improve.
