Edamame with Sea Salt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen edamame beans

  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon wasabi paste or powder (optional)

Directions

  • Bring a medium-sized pot of water to a boil

  • Add edamame and cook for approximately 2 minutes

  • Drain and toss hot beans in a bowl with coconut oil, salt, and wasabi (optional).

  • Serve immediately
