Fruit Soft Serve

Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup of frozen fruit of your choice like banana, pineapple, or mixed berries
Unsweetened almond, coconut, soy, or cashew milk
Optional additions
Tablespoon of peanut flour
Tablespoon of cacao powder
Teaspoon of vanilla extract
Optional toppings
Fresh berries
Sunflower, pumpkin, hemp or chia seeds
Coconut flakes
Directions
If freezing fruit yourself, place in an airtight container or a freezer bag and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours
Put frozen fruit in a food processor or blender
Pulse the processor or blender to break up the fruit
Scrape down the sides of the processor or blender
Add a little bit of milk as necessary to keep the process going
Keep blending and scraping until fruit turns into a creamy, soft serve ice cream texture
Add optional additions if desired and blend together with soft serve
Place in a bowl and add desired toppings
You can also place in an airtight container and keep in freezer for later consumption
