Fruit Soft Serve

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen fruit of your choice like banana, pineapple,  or mixed berries

  • Unsweetened almond, coconut, soy, or cashew milk

  • Optional additions

    • Tablespoon of peanut flour

    • Tablespoon of cacao powder

    • Teaspoon of vanilla extract

  • Optional toppings

    • Fresh berries

    • Sunflower, pumpkin, hemp or chia seeds

    • Coconut flakes

Directions

  • If freezing fruit yourself, place in an airtight container or a freezer bag and put in the freezer for at least 2 hours

  • Put frozen fruit in a food processor or blender

  • Pulse the processor or blender to break up the fruit

  • Scrape down the sides of the processor or blender

  • Add a little bit of milk as necessary to keep the process going

  • Keep blending and scraping until fruit turns into a creamy, soft serve ice cream texture

  • Add optional additions if desired and blend together with soft serve

  • Place in a bowl and add desired toppings 

  • You can also place in an airtight container and keep in freezer for later consumption
