Kale Chips

Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients
2 Handfuls of chopped kale
1.5 teaspoons olive oil
Pinch of salt
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch lemon pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°F
Spread kale out on a baking sheet
Drizzle olive oil evenly over kale and massage oil onto leaves. If it needs more oil, go drip by drip as too much will make the kale soggy
Sprinkle the salt, garlic powder, and lemon pepper over the kale
Bake for 7-8 minutes, rotating the baking sheet and flipping over any pieces that look crispy
Bake for another 7-8 minutes closely watching the baking sheet to prevent over-browning
