Kale Chips

Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 Handfuls of chopped kale

  • 1.5 teaspoons olive oil

  • Pinch of salt

  • Pinch of garlic powder

  • Pinch lemon pepper

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F

  • Spread kale out on a baking sheet 

  • Drizzle olive oil evenly over kale and massage oil onto leaves. If it needs more oil, go drip by drip as too much will make the kale soggy

  • Sprinkle the salt, garlic powder, and lemon pepper over the kale

  • Bake for 7-8 minutes, rotating the baking sheet and flipping over any pieces that look crispy

  • Bake for another 7-8 minutes closely watching the baking sheet to prevent over-browning
