We want to keep things transparent and simple—no fine print, just the key things to know about your TFT membership.

Membership & Scheduling
You’re in charge of scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling your workouts. Use the TFT app or website—whichever’s easiest for you.
 
Memberships renew automatically every 4 weeks.
Need to upgrade, downgrade, freeze, or cancel? Just fill out this form.
We don’t offer refunds for past payments, but we may apply a credit to your account on a case-by-case basis.
Please allow 5 days to process membership changes.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel a workout within 8 hours of its scheduled start time, it will be considered a late cancellation. This helps us respect our coaches’ time and ensure fair access for all members.

SCHEDULING WINDOWS POLICY

You can schedule:

  • Large group workouts up to 5 minutes before the start time
  • Small group workouts up to 2 hours before the start time
Fees
  • No-Show Fee: $30 (When you book a session and don’t attend)
  • Late Cancel Fee: $20 (When you cancel within 8 hours of your session time)
 
If a payment declines, your membership will be paused until it’s resolved and the balance is paid.
Community Standards
To help us keep TFT awesome, here’s what we ask of everyone:
  • Show up on time and ready to train
  • Be respectful to trainers and fellow members
  • Wear appropriate clothing (no bare midsections)
  • Practice good hygiene (clean clothes, clean shoes, fresh body)
  • Follow your trainer’s guidance
  • Give feedback—and have fun!
