Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ¼  cup old fashioned oats

  • ⅓ cup milk (regular, almond, coconut, or cashew)

  • 2 teaspoons honey

  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

  • ½  teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ¼ cup berries (blueberry, strawberry raspberry, blackberry, or combo)

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar or bowl except berries

  • Mix until ingredients are combined

  • Cover jar/bowl and place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight

  • Cover with berries when ready to eat
