Roided Out Oatmeal

Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats
2 servings JayLab protein powder
2 cups water or almond, coconut, or cashew milk
2 tablespoons peanut flour
1 banana sliced
1 cup of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or combination)
Handful of seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower, or combination)
Honey to taste
Directions
Place oats and protein powder in a pot
Add water or milk to pot
Set stove to medium heat
Cook until at desired consistency
Place oatmeal in bowl, mix in peanut flour, and cover with banana, berries, seeds, and honey
