Roided Out Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

  • 2 servings JayLab protein powder

  • 2 cups water or almond, coconut, or cashew milk

  • 2 tablespoons peanut flour

  • 1 banana sliced

  • 1 cup of berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or combination)

  • Handful of seeds (chia, pumpkin, sunflower, or combination)

  • Honey to taste

Directions

  • Place oats and protein powder in a pot

  • Add water or milk to pot

  • Set stove to medium heat

  • Cook until at desired consistency

  • Place oatmeal in bowl, mix in peanut flour, and cover with banana, berries, seeds, and honey
