Sauteed Vegetables
Servings: 2-4
Time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive or avocado oil
1-2 lbs of vegetables sliced in thin strips
bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, zucchini squash, asparagus, broccoli, carrots, or combination
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat
Add vegetables and sauté, mixing frequently until soft and evenly browned (8-12 minutes)
Add salt and pepper to taste
