1-2 heads of broccoli
Directions
Cook quinoa to package instructions
Cook tofu according to Baked Tofu recipe
While quinoa and tofu are cooking, prepare broccoli according to Steamed Vegetables recipe
Once everything is cooked and ready, take a bowl and place ¼ quinoa, ¼ tofu, and ½ broccoli in it
